    Anthony Rossi opens the first Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in a small Brooklyn storefront with just one coal oven and a dream to serve authentic Neapolitan-style pizza.

    Family Expansion

    Anthony's son Marco joins the business, introducing new recipes while maintaining the coal-fired tradition. The restaurant becomes a neighborhood institution.

    New Location

    The Rossi family relocates to Maine, bringing their authentic coal-fired pizza tradition to Deer Isle. The scenic location becomes a destination for pizza lovers.

    Third Generation

    Marco's daughter Sofia takes over operations, modernizing the restaurant while preserving traditional recipes and the original coal oven imported from Italy.
